Boutique Bankruptcy and Litigation firm looking to hire before May 20, 2024.
We are hiring both entry-level attorneys with limited experience ($5-6k/per month) and attorneys with significant bankruptcy experience. ($8-12k per month)
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
Job Purpose:
SFV-based bankruptcy and real estate boutique firm is looking for self-motivated, analytical team players with excellent writing skills. We have openings for litigation. The position can be hybrid office/remote. Office hours TBD.
Candidates should have experience with any or all of the following: bankruptcy and real estate law, creditor rights, corporate governance, drafting and reviewing contracts, analyzing financials and critical analysis.
It is a unique opportunity that allows a candidate to explore their negotiating and creative aspects rather than the mandate lawyerly duties which would include: out of court workouts, restructuring and reorganization, liquidation, and other non-bankruptcy options, including litigation.
Duties:
You will interact with clients directly. As a result, you should have good people skills and the ability to understand a client's desire for legal representation.
